Its noteworthy publications include co-drafting two books published by LITEC (La responsabilité fiscale du dirigeant d’entreprise (corporate officers ’ liability), 2003 et Le recouvrement de l’impôt (Tax collection procedures), 2006).
Arnaud Pappini
Arnaud has specialized in corporate law, bankruptcy & recovery proceedings, asset deals and commercial contracts.
Educated in both France and Ireland (National College of Ireland), Arnaud holds a postgraduate diploma from the University of Clermont Ferrand (DESS Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité, DU Droit de l’Ingénierie Financière) and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Savoy (DEA Droit des Contrats).
Prior to founding JARS PAPPINI & ASSOCIÉS in 2010, Arnaud was an associate at LAMY RIBEYRE & ASSOCIÉS (2004-2006) and PREUILH & VIDONNE ASSOCIÉS (2006-2010).
Arnaud is a regular lecturer in both corporate law for E.F.E (Editions Formation Entreprise) and in business law for various French engineering schools.
