At the pre-insolvency stage we provide assistance as regards business diagnosis, negotiation with creditors, implementation of preventive (« mandat ad hoc« ) or conciliation proceedings.

At the post-insolvency stage, we assist insolvent businesses, their managers and shareholders, or creditors, at each step of either the insolvency or liquidation proceedings.
